WEMA Bank recently celebrated its 72 years anniversary and is set for repositioning with a new digital agenda. The Bank claims to be the first fully digital bank in Nigeria with the launch of its innovative banking solutions named ‘ALAT’.

In a statement by Segun Oloketuyi, The Managing Director of Wema Bank during the unveiling of ALAT, said with the new innovation, the bank aims to grow its customer base from 1.5 million to 3 million and revenue from the present N54.25 billion to N200 billion by 2020.

According to Mr Oloketuyi, Wema is committed to satisfying its existing and new customers by offering them an optimal banking experience through innovative digital technology. ALAT is a digital bank where customers can carry out their bank transactions without having to visit any physical branch. It is designed to match customer’s lifestyle and help them save more.

“ALAT is the bank for the future and it redefines the seamless relationship we have with our customers.
